Call for CIKM 2013 LinkedIn Tour Participants

We are happy to provide students with a free company tour to LinkedIn headquarters in Mountain View, which will happen on November 1st. The tour will last for half day. Below is the tentative schedule.

• 11:15am – 11:30am: leave the conference venue
• 12pm-1pm: lunch at LinkedIn
• 1pm-2pm: on-campus tour
• 2pm-4pm: interact with LinkedIn researchers, directors, and VP about Information & Knowledge Management projects at LinkedIn
• 4pm: go back to the conference venue

We only have 30 spaces available in total. Interested students should write to by October 15th with the subject "LinkedIn tour" and following information:

• Name and affiliation
• A brief bio or resume (you do not need to send this if you already submitted it for student volunteer or travel grant applications)
• LinkedIn account (if you want to claim a LinkedIn gift)

A committee will review all the applications and select students. .
